Recovery Support A broad range of services for persons working to achieve the highest level of recovery possible from the effects of severe and persistent mental illness. |

Recovery Assistance Support for persons requiring coordination of their services and for others requiring minimal assistance in their recovery journey. |

Intensive Recovery A range of more intense team based services for those whose recovery from mental illness and/or addiction is more strongly challenged. |

Transitional Teams Team based services for young persons with serious difficulties that began in youth or adolescence and who will likely need significant support to achieve either transition to the adult system or a level of recovery sufficient enough to permit them to leave the treatment system. |

Community Teams
